Executive Meeting Room situated at Level 2 of the library, strategic placement within the main office space ensures easy access and a quiet atmosphere conducive to focused group sessions.

This room can accommodate up to 40 people at a time, making it suitable for medium-sized gatherings such as departmental meetings, training sessions, or collaborative discussions. The spacious setup allows for comfortable seating arrangements while maintaining a professional ambiance.

It is ideal for training and professional development sessions, providing a comfortable and well-equipped space for workshops, seminars, or onboarding new staff members.

Fully Equipped Facilities

The room comes fully equipped with modern facilities, including network points for internet access, electric sockets for charging devices, an LCD projector, and a projector screen. These features make it ideal for presentations, virtual meetings, and multimedia content sharing during discussions.

Virtual Meeting

The room can also be used for virtual meetings or video conferences, especially useful for connecting with external departments, stakeholders, or collaborators when face-to-face meetings aren’t feasible.
