24 Hours Reading Room

The 24 Hours Reading Room is situated on both the first floor and basement level of the library, offering users two separate but connected areas. This allows individuals to choose the space that best suits their study preferences, whether they prefer a quieter or more open environment.

Accessibility Anytime

One of the key benefits of the 24-Hour Reading Room is that it is open around the clock, allowing users to access the space at any time of day or night. This flexibility supports those with varied schedules, including late-night study sessions or early morning preparations.

Capacity to Accommodate Many Users

These rooms can collectively hold between 200 and 300 users at the same time, making it suitable for large numbers of students and staff who need a reliable place to study or work, especially during peak periods like exam seasons.

Well-Equipped Facilities

The rooms are furnished with essential study furniture such as sturdy tables and comfortable chairs. They also feature carpeted floors for comfort, electric sockets for charging laptops and other devices, and high-speed Wi-Fi to ensure uninterrupted online research and access to digital resources.

Allowance of Light Food and Drinks

To help maintain energy levels during long study periods, users are permitted to bring light snacks and bottled water into the rooms. This provision helps reduce the need for breaks outside the room and supports sustained focus.
